Venezia Biennale Finale

La Biennale di Venezia celebrates its 90th anniversary of 'the Mostra Internationale d'Arte Cinematografica', the Venice International Film Festival 2022, through April 27.  The oldest film festival of the world began its birth from August, 1932, on the Lido di Venezia.

Even from this February, the focus was on to the revival of classics, restored, presented every weeks, Thursday evenings, started off, Feb. 10th, by William Friedkin's "French Connection (1971)".

"Classici Fuori Mostra" highlights on "The Red and White" by Miklos Jancso, "The Oldest Profession" by Noboru Tanaka, and 1946 winner of Venice Award itself, "Iris and the Lieutenant" by Alf Sjoberg.
