The story of a group of adventurers on a quest to destroy a super-natural being, called 'The Paintress', won the best narrative, music, and performance dominantly, though the best family game went to "Donky Kong Bonanza".

'The Oscars of Games' of the year ceremony was also celebrated by the news of coming titles, Tomb Raider, Star Wars RPG, James Bond game "007: First Light", plus a glimpse of upcoming "Resident Evil 9".
