Sleeper Streamer

The film business these days, a box office tally, one film title revenue would come around, they stream later, and later, for good, plus newly released disc sales, with many features, various format versions, but this 2022 biggest blockbuster would be no doubt, "TOP GUN: Maverick", and the bucks stop there.

But this year also sees, 'the sleeper success', still drawing the crowds, and they go to 'sleeper horrors'. HBO Max premiered "Barbarian" in September 2022, and this original thriller plot is still catching on.

Equally, one of the most scary surprise hit is "Smile", this year Jordan Peel had "NOPE", and theatrically well received, on the trend of quality horror titles year, even before or after Halloween.  So we don't call those 'sleepers' any longer ?
