If there still is a criteria 'TV Show', August 21, 2022 debut of the first episode, "House of the Dragon", prequel to one of the most successful television phenomenon of the history, opens with the introduction states '172 years before Daenerys Targeryen'.

And the reviews are far better than expected, 'sharply written', 'handsomely directed', and simply 'more' than the previous "Game of Thrones".  Darker, more sophisticated, with colorful characters to follow.

The prequel differs from the final episode of the original series, mainly because its precedents, plus the time frame jumps over six episodes they hold.  Fans won't be disappointed, as they expand, explore...
