Founded by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, Craig Hatkoff, following the 9/11, the TFF most uniquely presents the films and events with messages.  For last two decades.

This latest, June 9 to 20, 2021, is most unique that the venue could be in New York, or virtual at home, streamed anywhere you want, anytime.  But the message, this year, the main theme could be very much the same, 'The Diversity'.  The theme, omni-present throughout the art world, nowadays, especially at this culturally, politically, 'diverse' festival from 'diverse' storytellers.

The 20th Anniversary, 'virtual' Tribeca Festival Audience Award Winner must be "Catch the Fair One", directed by Josef Kubota Wladyka, a revenge thriller of a former boxer native American woman's search of her missing sister, entangled in human trafficking.
