Cecil B. deMille Award 2021: Jane Fonda

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, board of directors selects Jane Fonda, for her life time contribution to the motion pictures industry.  Her inspirational carrier spanned from 1978 Golden Globe Best Actress Award from "Julia".

Her films have tackled with social issues in American history, she won again in consecutive years with "Coming Home (1979)".  She was nominated numerous occasions successfully with, "The China Syndrome (1980)", "On Golden Pond (1982)".

 

Jane Fonda has been playing defiant characters throughout.  And such an actress she always has been.
