And these Golden Lions from 81st Venice International Festival are truthfully the masters in the film world, the awards ceremony kicked off from Aug. 28, 2024, to celebrate the art of cinema.

Opening with Tim Burton's 'Beetlejuice', concluded on September 7th, with the Golden Lion main prize, the best film, Almodovar's "The Room Next Door", Life Time Achievement went to Peter Weir.

We were only missing more reaction to Todd Phillips' "Joker: Folie A Deux" ?  Instead the best actress, Nicole Kidman, from her thriller "Babygirl" got more attention ?  And the critics' favorite at Venice this year, "The Brutalist" came with Silver Lion best director.
