First Blood

This April, 2024 box office is unsettled, rocked.  By, let's say, new trend of frighteners, unexpectedly.  The debut of "Abigail", Vampire-Horror-Comedy (!?) is uncommon enough.

But 12 years-old girl's superhuman ability in underworld, might be something new & attractive to variety of audience range.  Alex Garland's "Civil War" is described 'dystopian political action (!?)'.

 

And two films are doing well on the chart, climbing over "Godzilla vs. Kong", and even the week-end revenues are not seeing "The First Omen" !
