Our movie industry 2023 1st quarter had tremendous increase in large screen attendance, more film-goers attended theaters, thanks to Academy Awards in March, spring blockbusters, "Guardians" and "Mario".  But the reverse effect ?  Decrease in home theater viewers ?

2nd Q 2023 is reporting the downer in subscription numbers, plus the Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike is causing production pause of Marvel's "Blade", STAR WARS "Andor" series, even their prioritized titles affected.

Contrary to the latest excellent review of "The Mandalorian" series, and the high expectation, or 'New Hope', the launch of newest "Ahsoka" this summer, August to be exact, hopes are now high to bring up the 'dark side' to the opposite direction.
