Oscar nominated to...

Surprise ?  Or, not, much surprises went to "Everything Everywhere All At Once" as the leading getter of 11 nominations, at the official announcement, 95th Academy Awards, on Jan. 24.  Plus a German war movie "All Quiet on the Western Front" as the second to follow, included as the best picture nominee.

Many film buffs questioned, and doubted James Cameron excluded from best director list, "Babylon" wasn't in for the best film, neither for much else at all, as the biggest disappointment ?  And 'Maverick' is not in for the best actor, but made it as a best picture.  Wasn't that a surprise, or no ?

Lady GAGA's "Hold My Hand" could bring the Oscar best original song for TOP GUN though.  Another crucial criteria, supporting actor Judd Hirsch from "The Fablemans".  Would there be more surprises on March 12 (Sun.) from Dolby Theater, Hollywood ?
