Best in NY & London

They are simultaneously held, the 59th New York Film Festival, and the 65th London Film Festival.  From the end of September, 2021, both events are the showcase for the film fans, they could admire themselves, and attend the talk of the movie makers in person.

In New York, the line up highlights would go to Joel Coen's "The Tragedy of Macbeth", Denzel Washington in starring role, or Jane Campion's "The Power of the Dog", set in American Western, with Benedict Cumberbatch.

London Film Festival has genre in diverse.  The occult in 'Cult Strand', featuring Ruth Paxton's "A Banquet", and "Lamb" with Noomi Lapace, psychological fraught drama thrillers, both modern day 'The Shining' ?
