John Le Carre (1931-2020) contributed to numerous masterpieces of films, arguably the best must be "The Russia House (1990)" with late Sir Sean Connery and Michelle Pfeiffer, or "The Constant Gardener (2005)" with Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz.
One of the greatest novelists in history, stopped writing. He was 89 years old.
