London Film Festival Round-up

The British Film Institute concluded October 18th, the top award goes to "Another Round", a story about a disillusioned teacher in drinking binge, starring Mads Mikkelsen, in this year of virtual showings, in on-line players, across the cinemas in distanced screenings.

But the most noteworthy, as the pre-public-release, could be "Ammonite", the director, Francis Lee's Victorian forbidden love story, with Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan.  The critics are revved, as compared to 'French Lieutenant's Woman', or Jane Campion's 'Piano'.
