Action Packed

The film industry traditionally avoid the same genre opening in same period, simply because each titles' attendance, revenue, must not be divisive against one another.

Unless... !, they are blockbusters, awaited for long, or the core of synopsis' difference, fundamental stories, ads appearance could be arranged.  Ryan Coogler's "Sinners", starring Michael B Jordan, is a soulful horror.

Almost following debut of Omar Sy, Kerry Washington's "Shadow Force" is an action thriller, involves two elite assassination squad agent, protecting family life.  This May box office could enjoy both.  Can we ?
